REIMBURSEMENTS

You have the right to modify, reject, cancel or stop any and all plans or work in process. However, you agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses we incurred prior to your change in instructions, and which relate to non-cancellable commitments, and to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.

REFUND CLAIM

We decide projects on which we take 100% fee in advance or payments in part.
The initial installment for the project, once released, would not be refundable after 72 hours of the transfer. Any refunds that are to be claimed, should be claimed within the above-mentioned time. We will process the refund in 15 working days.

FORFEITURE OF ASSETS

After 21 days of project completion, if we don’t hear from the client. The project would be considered abandoned and would lead to forfeiture of all the assets created in the procedure.
